Buddy Lessons
These are a great opportunity to team up with a friend to take lessons! They can be done on the same instrument or different instruments. For example: 2 pianos, guitar and piano or guitar and drums. Learn how to play with others and deepen your knowledge of other instruments while having fun! Buddy lessons meet once per week for a half hour. $100 per month
Miller Music Club
This is a club for teenagers to collaborate on group music projects. The club meets two times per month for one hour where we cover topics on songwriting, performance, production and different music styles. There will be monthly challenges, performance opportunities and a lot of fun for older students. $50 per month
Group Piano
Group classes are particularly effective for beginning students age 6 to 8 years old. Learning alongside peers helps to motivate students and provide positive competition, while learning the basics of piano. We assign the students songs to learn each week at home and also do group performance and music games. We find that limiting classes to three students is the most effective because it allows time for individual instruction. $100 per month.
Group Guitar
Group guitar classes are excellent for beginning students age 6 to 8 years old as well as older students who want to learn together. Learning alongside peers helps to motivate students and provide positive competition while learning the basics of guitar. Students are assigned songs to practice during the week and during the lessons they are rehearsed together. Classes are limited to three students per class. $100 per month.
