7th Annual Miller Music Student Concert!
Saturday June, 8th 2013 from 2-4PM Avon Pubic Library
There will be a reception immediately following the concert with food and drink. Please come ½ hour early to tune instruments or if you would like to warm up on the Piano.

Each student must complete the form below to participate in the recital.
Payment Information
The price to register includes one Student Showcase CD per student
$15 Per student
$10 per student (if more than one family member is performing)
Please make check payable to Miller Music and complete the form below by May 1st 2013.
Miller Music Student Showcase CD
The Miller Music Students Showcase CD will be available at the recital. All students who would like to be on the CD can record their recital piece. Recording will be done at Miller Music Studios and take the place of 1 lesson. Contact Eric for more details and to set up a time.
